Returns & Refunds

Customers must contact EDM Shoes within 48 hours of delivery to report:

faulty items,
damaged items,
incorrect orders,

Return requests for eligible items may be accepted subject to approval by EDM Shoes.

To qualify for a return:

items must be unused and unworn;
items must be returned in original packaging;
products must be in resellable condition;
proof of purchase may be required.

Refunds will only be processed after returned items have been inspected and approved.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns where:

items are damaged after delivery;

products are not returned in original condition;
or hygiene seals have been broken where applicable.

Shoes must be tried indoors only until customers are satisfied with sizing and fit.

Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged. EDM Shoes is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during return transit.

For hygiene, safety, and product protection reasons, the following items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless faulty or damaged upon delivery:

wigs and hair pieces,
perfumes and fragrance products,
earrings and jewellery,
sunglasses,
hair accessories,
beauty or cosmetic products that have been opened or used,
personalised or custom-made items,
and sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable.

Returned items must remain:

unused,
unworn,
unopened where applicable,
and in original packaging.
